Community engagement

I routinely support the counter terrorism and countering violent extremism communities of practice. I deliver specialist training upon invitation. I have  delivered commissioned research of an applied nature. I have been an invited speaker at a number of domestic and international industry events, where I support practice by sharing cutting edge research. I also regularly engage with state and federal government bodies, law enforcement, and specialist corporations engaged in safeguarding the community.

I make frequent contributions to government inquiries to provide expert advice on matters relevant to national security and protecting the Australian public. These can be found under Research.

As I am a Senior Lecturer and Head of Discipline in a postgraduate master program on terrorism and security, I also support tertiary cohorts via the delivering of education on contemporary jihadist terrorism, right wing extremism, counter terrorism, radicalisation, and more.
